(Feb. 13, 2012) &mdash; Lauren Skarloken will be performing her junior vocal recital in the Thompson Recital Hall of the Bangsberg Fine Arts Complex on the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ campus Feb. 25.<\/p>\n<p>The recital is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>The 7:30 p.m. performance will prepare Skarloken for her degree recital next spring.&nbsp; The Deerwood, Minn. native will sing classical music by various artists including Shubert, Brahms, Handel, and Ives.&nbsp; Matthew Sieberg will accompany Skarloken on the piano.<\/p>\n<p>More information on the recital is available by contacting the Department of Music at (218) 755-2915.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BEMIDJI, Minn.
