(Dec. 12, 2011) &mdash; The Department of Music at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is offering multiple scholarships to music students. Scholarships include full-tuition, housing, renewable $1,000 leadership awards, and numerous cash awards between $500 and $2,000.<\/p>\n<p>Auditions are open to all instrumentalists and vocalists who are interested in participating in the music program at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and who will be entering college in the fall of 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Auditions on the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ campus will be held Feb. 25 in the Bangsberg Fine Arts Complex. The music department will also conduct auditions at the Minnesota Music Educators Association Midwinter Clinic in Minneapolis.&nbsp; Students attending the MMEA Clinic will be able to audition for a Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ music scholarship on Feb. 17 from 1-3 p.m. at Central Lutheran Church (close to the clinic location).<\/p>\n<p>Students who have conflicts with the Feb. 17 and 25 dates can schedule an on-campus audition at other times.&nbsp; Recorded auditions are accepted for all but full-tuition scholarships.
