BEMIDJI, Minn. (Mar. 30, 2011)<\/strong> – Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s campus newspaper, the Northern Student, is a student-run free press that has been a part of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ community since 1926. It is a weekly publication that covers both on-campus events as well as national and world news.<\/p>\n

The Northern Student offers a mix of student-written columns from Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ as well as news articles from college campuses around the country, keeping the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ student body up to date on current affairs.<\/p>\n

The Northern Student is one of several mediums of student media at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. Along with FM90 and KÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ TV, the Northern Student is committed to delivering information to the students, by the students.<\/p>\n
