BEMIDJI, Minn. (Oct. 27, 2010) <\/strong>– Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s volleyball team is entering the final weeks of its 2010 regular season and remains in contention for its first above-.500 finish since 1999.<\/p>\n

The Beavers are 10-12 overall with six games remaining on their regular-season docket. Bemidji State has an experienced roster, with nine players – including 2009 honorable-mention All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference selection Nicole Olson – returning from last year’s squad.<\/p>\n

Bemidji State volleyball is under the guidance of first-year head coach Wayne Chadwick. Chadwick was named Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s 13th head women’s volleyball coach in June after spending the previous three years as an assistant coach at the University of Tulsa.<\/p>\n
