Dr. Jim Barta, <\/b>dean of the College of Arts, Education and Humanities, hosted a Native American flute circle at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ on April 16 as part of the Bemidji Adventures in Lifelong Learning program.<\/p>\n

In the fall of 2018, Barta participated in a hands-on Native American flute class at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ where participants, both students and community members, learned to create and play a traditional Native American flute.<\/p>\n

Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Bemidji Adventures in Lifelong Learning<\/h5>\n

Bemidji Adventures in Lifelong Learning is organized exclusively to provide opportunities for continuing education in the Bemidji area. The program intends to help participants improve critical thinking skills and to appreciate the diversity of human experience through varied and lively discussions.<\/p>\n
