Alumni Leaders in the Classroom, one of the signature events at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s Homecoming weekend, brought more than 20 Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ alumni back into the classroom at their alma mater for panel discussions.<\/p>\n
The program allows Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ alumni to share their expertise and experience with the next generation of professionals in their respective fields. Panelists represented a number of fields, including accounting, business, biology, education, student leadership and sustainability.<\/p>\n
A Bemidji State Homecoming tradition, sessions were held Oct. 5 in various locations across campus. Alumni in the Classroom presentations are open to the public.<\/p>\n
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ<\/b>, located amid the lakes and forests of northern Minnesota, occupies a wooded campus along the shore of Lake Bemidji. Enrolling more than 5,100 students, Bemidji State offers more than 80 undergraduate majors and eight graduate degrees encompassing arts, sciences and select professional programs.
