While the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Foundation and members of the faculty, staff and administration from all corners of the university continue their work on the Imagine Tomorrow capital campaign, the effects of the campaign’s success are already being felt.<\/p>\n
Since the campaign’s launch in 2011, scholarship dollars provided to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s students by the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Foundation have nearly doubled, from $700,000 in Fiscal Year 2011 to an estimated $1.2 million for FY2015. Donors have contributed 35 new endowments with a total value of over $4 million, and already 18 academic departments or programs are benefitting from these new endowments, including:<\/p>\n

\nThe on-campus segment of the Imagine Tomorrow campaign has been a tremendous success, with five-year pledges for scholarship contributions from Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ faculty and staff nearly 100 times greater than the FY2013 totals. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ faculty and staff have pledged $423,038 to the campaign over a five-year period for FY2014; in FY2013, that total was just over $45,000.<\/p>\n
