Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ will be hosting four community drum circles, open free to anyone who wishes to attend, on the shores of Lake Bemidji this June and July.<\/p>\n
The gatherings, which will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. on June 1, June 15, July 6 and July 27, will be held near the Lake Bemidji shoreline behind Bangsberg Hall on the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ campus.<\/p>\n
In the event of inclement weather, the drum circles will be moved to the Thompson Recital Hall stage in Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s Bangsberg Fine Arts Complex.<\/p>\n
Participants are encouraged to bring their own drums or noisemakers and join the community of sound. No musical experience is necessary.<\/p>\n
