More than 30 percent of all new entering students receive scholarships.<\/p>\n<p>Joliet native Cody Clevinger has accepted a $2,000 Director&rsquo;s Scholarship from Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ for the 2013-2014 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>Clevinger will be attending Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, majoring in economics. He is also an Eagle Scout and an Illinois State Scholar. He has received a silver medal from the National Spanish Exam and has been on the B Honor Roll at Joliet Catholic Academy.<\/p>\n<p>Students must be admitted prior to Feb. 1 in order to receive scholarships for the fall semester of that year.<\/p>\n<p>Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ will present more than $2.3 million in academic, talent, and leadership scholarships this year. The awards are made possible through donations to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Foundation, the Alumni Association, and other organizations that specify funds for such causes.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact the Office of Admissions and Scholarships, (218) 755-2040, (888) 345-1721.
