It’s a celebration of both the arts and Mother Nature. The second annual Arts of the Earth Festival will be held at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Saturday, April 27 to Sunday, April 28 from 10 AM to 4 PM.
This weekend-long festival will be taking place all around Hobson Memorial Union. The event will have live music, poetry readings, dance competitions, children activities, and art. Organizers are expecting a big turnout this year.
“It’s a really exciting event that is going to unite community members and the students here at the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ campus,” student designer Michelle Holbeck said. “I really admire that about the event and I also think it’s a great way to unite art and design and science, environmental science, and I just love that sort of unity on our campus.”
