
The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Foundation invites you to participate in this year’s Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Community Appreciation Day, sponsored by Paul Bunyan Communications.
Our 10th annual event will take place Sept. 3 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. We will once again offer booths for community businesses and organizations. We expect over 3,000 people to attend this event so it is a great opportunity to promote your organization or business.
There is no booth cost for Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Departments/Organizations. Event attendees will have an opportunity to visit your booth while also enjoying free food samples at ”A Taste of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ,” playing games with our student athletes, and listening to live music from the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Jazz Band!
We ask that booths be set up between 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. You can decorate as you wish (no alcohol or tobacco advertising, please), and be ready to start visiting with attendees by 4:15. The event officially opens at 4:30 p.m., and booths should be taken down by 7:00 p.m. Marketing materials, large signs, giveaways, door prizes, and anything interactive make your booth more inviting.
