Orientation activities for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s fall 2012 student body begin Friday, Aug. 24, with move-in day for residential students.
Orientation helps students who are new to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ discover what the campus has to offer and how and where to access student services. Students also learn the university’s expectations regarding academic integrity, respect and personal responsibility; active engagement in their education; academic advising; involvement in the campus community; and how and where to access academic, social and personal support at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ.
Orientation Central will be located in the lobby of John Glas Fieldhouse; it will be open to provide any assistance necessary to students and families during orientation. Orientation Central will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, and from 8-10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-3p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25.
For more information about Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ orientation activities, contact the Advising Success Center at (218) 755-2226.
