Hoffman and the energy that new Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAF executive director Allyssa Joseph brings every day. Couple that with the dedication and diligence of the president&rsquo;s cabinet and the Foundation staff, and it&rsquo;s clear there is a bright future ahead for this institution.<\/p>\n<p>When I look around the room during a board meeting, I am humbled by the expertise, life experiences and passions of the board members to guide and oversee the work of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Alumni &amp; Foundation. With a back-to-basics approach to governing the Foundation, the board is overseeing our transformation from an event-focused organization to one focused on strategic outcomes.
