The Department of Criminal Justice offers great scholarships for Criminal Justice students.<\/p>\n
To be eligible for all scholarships at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, complete the Foundation Scholarship Application<\/i><\/a> before Feb 1st.<\/p>\n Criteria: <\/strong>Junior or senior majoring in Criminal Justice with minimum 2.5 GPA.<\/p>\n Criteria: <\/strong>This scholarship awards semester stipends of up to $1,500 for internships in Minnesota and $2,500 for internships in Washington D.C. to offset the cost of living. They are offered to MNSCU students participating in service-related internships that offer little to no pay.<\/p>\n The Minnesota Association of County Probation Officers strives to promote and attract quality students into considering Corrections as a career.<\/p>\n In preparing a student for professional level practice, MACPO offers a $750 scholarship to be used toward a Corrections-related degree and\/or internship. MACPO, by awarding this scholarship, will do so in the spirit of honoring deceased MACPO members who have made a significant contribution not only to MACPO, but to the corrections field as well.<\/p>\n One $750 scholarship awarded to a student majoring in Corrections, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work or other related fields who will be\/or is involved in an internship.
